Pet & Animal Policy True Haven welcomes pets at select properties. If you're applying with a pet or assistance animal, you must complete a third-party screening through Pet Screening. This is required before your application will be reviewed. Pet Screening Fees: Paid directly to Pet Screening (does not apply to assistance animals) Pet Liability Insurance: All residents with pets must provide proof of insurance covering at least $40,000 in pet-related injury and $1,500 in pet damage Assistance Animals: Are not considered pets and are not subject to pet rent or insurance requirements Note: Not all of our properties accept pets, so be sure to check the individual listing.
