A Blowflex Xtreme is available for guest use along with a padded workout space. Easily access the lake via a 2-minute walk along the road then a short path. Swimming and boat launch can be enjoyed here. The home is 5 miles from Prairie Creek Marina. The expansive front patio is the perfect place to relax or entertain, ideal for gazing out over Beaver Lake. The sprawling front yard is also a great place for a game of lakeside catch! Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM. Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; an unapproved party or event will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
