Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, while upstairs you'll find 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. You have the option to add pool heat for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you venture out, enjoy world-class meals at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community with first-class amenities. The home is just a couple of minutes' walk to the clubhouse and is located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and just ten miles from Disney World and Animal Kingdom. The resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 21. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. [SI]
