Guests have private access to the entire home, including the backyard patio. Garage parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, and free street parking is also available. Unapproved additional overnight guests will incur an extra person fee of $25 per person per night. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please do not rearrange furniture.
