There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Situated just a stone's throw away from the stunning Pompano Beach, this apartment is located in a tranquil and friendly neighborhood. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, but outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, provided all windows and doors to the unit remain closed, and any violation will incur a $500 fine. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, or oversize or commercial vehicles are allowed, and any violation will incur a $500 fine. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, and any violation will incur a $1000 fine. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Full legal first and last names of all guests must be provided upon booking.
