Enforcement This is a material term of the tenancy. If the tenant breaches this term and does not correct it within a reasonable time after written notice, the landlord may issue a One-Month Notice to End Tenancy for cause for breach of a material term not corrected after notice, subject to the Residential Tenancy Act. 6. No change to statutory rights Nothing in this addendum changes or contradicts the Residential Tenancy Act or the Standard Terms. Any change must be agreed to in writing and initialed by both landlord and tenant. Unconscionable or contradictory terms are not enforceable.
