The living room includes a pull-out sofa queen bed and a 44” smart HDTV. The bathroom has a shower/tub, hairdryer, linens, and basic shampoo, conditioner, and soap. One well-behaved dog is welcome with a $70 pet fee to cover cleaning expenses. Located in Boise's historic North End neighborhood, this cottage is near friendly neighbors, beautiful homes, and a charming block of delicious eateries and shops. Camel's Back Park is just steps away, offering a playground, tennis courts, open green space, and a trailhead entrance with over 200 miles of hiking and biking trails. Downtown Boise is one mile south of the cottage. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be mindful of neighbors. No smoking is permitted on the premises or inside the home; a $500 mitigation fee will apply if smoking is discovered on the premises. No events or parties are allowed.
