Please note that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Pool floats are no longer provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own if desired. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
