Need a place to get out of your San Diego apartment and have a little fun? We have the perfect place. Watch the sunset while sipping your margarita or beer on the deck at Cane's Bar and Grill, a waterfront and rooftop bar in Mission Bay. Then, after the sun goes down, watch some live music if it's a Wednesday through Saturday, or just dance the night away to popular, "in" music. Their logo touts "Music, food and spirits" - just what apartment-ites are looking for when getting out for some fun for the evening. The full menu at Cane's will feed you well before you party. Mostly Mexican fare including tasty appetizers, soups and salads, and delicious chipoltle tortilla wraps, you can also wrangle a burger or a pizza and some dessert. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 5-7pm, but another time for reduced price drinks is during NFL football games - sweet. A full bar is available, as are foreign and domestic beer and wine. Try a Hurricane, if you dare. Cane's is famous for them in the Mission Beach area. The margaritas are delightful as well, with several varieties to choose from. Three plasma TVs and 20 others throughout the wide expanse of the bar provide all sorts of sports in the right season for college and professional sports fans. It's the official football watching site for the Oregon Ducks, the University of Miami and the University of Colorado. And if you want to host a special party in an oceanfront banquet room, Cane's has the place with a variety of catering options available and three sizes of rooms to rent - from 50 - 800 people. So quit dilly-dallying around your apartment, teeter-tottering on what to do and head over to Cane's for good time, good people, and a good atmosphere! PS- If you find yourself falling absolutely in love with Cane's and becoming a regular. Ditch the commute from your old apartment and find a new place near your favorite San Diego nightlife spot.
