Also newly added to the park is eight miles of cross country mountain bike trails. A few specific directions for the park include that only electric motor boats are allowed on the boat launch, and overnight camping is only provided for non-profit organizations. Swimming is allowed the third week in June through Labor Day only. Precautions must also be taken during ice fishing season.
