Tallahassee is a hidden gem. Located at the top of the west part of the state, beauty, serenity, and nature quickly comes to mind. Although it's a college town, there is plenty for the locals to do without feeling overwhelmed. It's great for families and people who understand what quality of life means. Things are changing and the cost of living is going up in town, but it's still relatively cheap compared to other areas of the state. One of the best things about the city is the diversity and variety. There are a lot of boutique shops and eateries you won't find anywhere else, and the sense of community is unmatched.
