Try the filet mignon, alone or with cippolini onions and wild mushrooms, or one of their prime sirloins. If you're ready for something a bit larger, then you can try their dry aged, hand sculpted, 20 oz Porterhouse, or the Delmonico, a 22 oz. served in au jus. A great selection of alternatives are offered, from their delicious seafood including broiled lobster, Swordfish Jardiniere - served with asparagus, spinach, corn and roasted tomatoes, as well as grilled seared tuna and salmon; to lamb chops, veal chops, and split breast chicken. If you're up for something light, then try the fresh berries in vanilla cream, Capital Grille's own Creme Anglais, or Fresh Strawberries Capital Grille, served in vanilla ice cream and their special Grand Marnier and ruby port sauce. There's also a classic creme brulee, chocolate hazelnut cake, flourless chocolate espresso cake, and even the Grille's own homemade ice cream.
