February 4, 2026It’s great. I love it. However, it would w great that the karaoke room would be fixed. Also, the sky deck tv the internet doesn’t work along with the speakers. The refrigerator doesn’t work either. The LED lights, the ice maker as well.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2026Overall, this is a good place to live, and the strongest positive aspect is the maintenance team. They are reliable, professional, and responsive, and any maintenance requests are handled efficiently once submitted. It is reassuring to know that issues related to the apartment are addressed properly, as this makes day-to-day living much more comfortable. The property itself is generally well maintained, and common areas are kept in acceptable condition. Beyond the maintenance experience, there is ...not much else for me to comment on. While there may not be many additional highlights to mention, the dependable maintenance support plays a significant role in making this a livable and stable community. Overall Good
January 24, 2026I’ve lived in this building for 5 years. The building is well kept and the neighborhood is walkable. The supporting staff (maintenance, housekeeping, concierge) are great. I enjoy having safe parking. Though there are often issues with the gates to the parking garage. Overall I’ve been very happy here. Since the management changed recently the tone of communications to residents often feels like scolding. I’ve also experienced several missed opportunities for customer service recovery just in ...the past 3 months from the leasing office staff. This has been disappointing considering the expense of living here. I think “improvements” that residents didn’t ask for should be secondary to providing exceptional customer service and it’s frustrating feeling like your concerns aren’t taken seriously. That said, Wakaba has been a comfortable place to live and I would recommend considering it as you choose a new home.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026We have moved here for a few months now and couldn’t be happier! No pest issues, no safety concerns even though everyone knows Little Tokyo neighborhood itself can be sketchy in some areas. One thing that occasionally can be bothersome is the fire alarm have gone off a few times since our move in, but it’s not the fault of the office management but annoying people who messed with the alarm. The staff did quickly resolve the issue as promptly as they could though. Overall, this is a great place to ...live and would recommend to anyone interested.Property Manager Responded

Enjoy Living Here; Some Minor Issues
January 22, 2026Small hiccups from when new management took over, but I overall enjoy living here. It's clean and well maintained. The maintenance team is friendly and top notch. My neighbors are great. My main complaint would be being talked over and interrupted over a recent dispute in the leasing office and the lack of responsiveness/communication about the action taken afterwards. Also, there are periods of time when the parking barrier causes issues. Parking is shared with a public lot, so it may get ...backed up when customers aren't able to make payment. Other times, it malfunctions. If the parking attendant or apartment security isn't around, you could be stuck for quite a while and sometimes, you'll have to have your parking fob reprogrammed at the leasing office to work after a parking barrier malfunction.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Everything at the apt is amazing. The only issue I have is the constant issues with access in/out of the garage. Joes parking machine has a lot of issues. My key fob doesn't work sometimes. Or doesn't register when I come in or out. If they fixed this it would be the best.Property Manager Responded
