There were very small hiccups, but overall good. Leasing agents are friendly and easily available. Someone will always answer the phone. The work orders we placed for the move in inspections were completed the same day!

The facility is well maintained! It is super easy to put in a maintenance request and the team is quick to fix whatever the issue may be. Love the amenities as well.

Flooring amplifies footsteps from above

If you have a loud walking upstairs neighbor you will absolutely hear it amplified through your apartment. It feels like I'm living in a bass drum. You can tell how loud it'll be from the hallways. Parking garage gate sucks. It is always broken and public parking people get stuck trying to pay. Everything else is good

What you see online doesn't really do this place justice. I've lived in apartments for the past 15 years, and this is by far the best maintained community. Arrive Wakaba is actively renovating, improving, and upgrading the facilities, which is a huge plus. The community is clean; all public spaces are spotless, safe, warm, and inviting. Location is perfect too, as it is a stone's throw away 3 grocery marts, Weller Court, and a ton of restaurants and things to do. Union Station is nearby for ...
easy travel, and getting to Burbank Airport is a breeze.
