Albany Spring Senior Apartments - Ages 62+

Moisture, rust, mold and bug problems exist here. Doors inside apartment swell due to humidity. The grounds are the only well maintained areas in this the community. The apartments need renovating ASAP.

nice clubhouse and location. Everything always looks clean here. pretty landscaping. My mother likes it here a lot.

Very impressed with Albany Spring! Everything is so clean and the Manager and neighbors are so nice. Will definitely be moving here.

As the relative of a senior resident I just want to thank the staff (Miss Jackie) for being so kind and responsive to all our needs. The property is beautiful, well maintained and secure. It’s so comforting to know that she is in such a great place. Thank you and keep up the great work!!

OMG!!! Have you guys actually rode around or pass this community. Obviously not, because you would be wishing that you were staying there. I was driving through the community trying to find a new place for myself. Realized that I was in Senior community when I read the sign. They have beautiful landscaping and colorful balloons of all color. They have a wonderful community and people were waving and smiling at me as I drove by. I was happy to see that it is still some smiling faces in this world. ...

This place is like a jewel! The grounds are so pretty. It's so quiet, but great for active seniors as well. I love the closeness of the golf course. Ms. Ervin is the nicest manager around! The apartments are well kept and tidy. I am so glad this place is here. I couldn't ask for more.

The manager and her staff are amazing people! They take such wonderful pride in their work and it shows on the property and in the happiness of the residents. I just love how they have so many events to keep everyone involved and to really make this community feel like home.

My mom recently moved into the community and I have to say I myself would love to move in the community. The workers are nice and helpful. The property itself is immaculate they strive on their appearance. I would recommend anyone who is 62 years or order to move in this community.

Very clean & quiet. Landscaping is near perfect. The property manager lives there too which is good. Clubhouse is very nice. Rents are quite low for what you get.
