September 8, 2025Management and maintenance are excellent. The new ownership has made very nice upgrades. The biggest problem is price and the monthly fees for this complex and what are available for amenities is exorbitant. I would rather take my own garbage to the bin than pay $50 plus recycling fee that we don’t have (or at least offer it as optional). And the water/sewage is ridiculous!Property Manager Responded

February 17, 2025Very nice experience to live here. You feel it, it’s great for the kids, for the adults, for who want to enjoy the life in a nice place. So close to the beach and the Whole Foods is across the street. So nice. I’d suggest to everyone. It’ll be even better once the pool is renovated :) Just make sure you’ll get a stainless steel appliances. Our appliances are very old and they’re not willing to replace them.
