The biggest problem is price and the monthly fees for this complex and what are available for amenities is exorbitant. I would rather take my own garbage to the bin than pay $50 plus recycling fee that we don’t have (or at least offer it as optional). And the water/sewage is ridiculous!Property Manager Responded
