Also more community events. In the gym I believe we should have an option to change the tv channel or turn it off with a remote as it’s always playing country music.Property Manager Responded

I also suggest creating a community garden split into a dog park. It would be really nice! Minor touches maintenance wise inside apartments need to be made. May 8, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living at the Broadstone on Medical since 2010 and from the time I walked into the leasing office for the first time, the management and leasing agents/staff have always been extremely helpful, welcoming, professional and kind. The maintenence team is also awesome. They are always working. I never see them doing nothing or congregated together just hanging out unless they are working. All of my encounters with the Management, leasing staff and maintenence staff here at Broadstone on ...Medical have always been great and I walk away satisfied.
