    AC leaking Apparently the line was plugged and therefore the condensation water was leaking into the Apartment. The maintenace person knew exactly what the problem was and in a short period of time and resolvd the problem. He was pleasant, professional and knew his stuff. More than pleased with him.

    Appliances Wonderful job done. Replacing dishwasher which had been abused by previous owner, trap missing caused putrid smell. Also fixed oven wire which had eroded causing no oven functions. Fast and well done.
