    Awful management, add additional charges for nothing at moveout. Awful neighbors, office addressed nothing. Theyre buying good reviews on other sites. Stay away.

  • Great community

    Wonderful apartment experience. Jessica and Ira are amazing! If you enjoy friendly neighbors, hanging out at the dog park, good times at the pool, this is the place for you. Best experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment. Well kept grounds, attentive maintenance and beautiful recently remodeled units. Nice, quiet, safe area!

    These apartments are excellent place to live. The grounds and area is well kept and updated. I have no complaints at all I love living here. The staff and management is Way Beyond of excellent. They're always here and ready to help in any questions I had. I would highly recommend these apartments to anybody

  • Really excited to move here

    I’ll be moving here in a couple of months, and I’m so happy with the service I have received so far! I’m moving from out-of-state, and Jessica at the leasing office has been so helpful and great about communication and answering all my questions. I was able to visit the area and tour their apartment units twice, and they are beautiful and the amenities look amazing. Can’t wait to move there!

  • Amazing

    I recently moved here and I can honestly say I LOVE it. The staff are absolutely amazing and the sweetest. The maitence team work super fast and respond fast as well. The area is nice and quiet, the gym is gorgeous, and everything about This place makes it feel like home. They were able to help me find the apartment that fit my needs and help me move in right away. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank.you Cabrillo team, you guys are the best?

    Wanda has been amazing! This apartment has gone through its share of managers but she is a breath of fresh air! She is amazing to work with and you can tell that she cares about the residents. The new maintenance staff is amazing as well... they are all very friendly and helpful!!     I don't even live in these Apartments, but my mom does. I brought my dog to visit and I didn't know she wasn't allowed in the pool area just to visit. A lady, I think her name is Wanda, came up and told us we can't have the dog in the pool area (understandable). And then in front of everyone at the pool begins to tell my mom that she owes more money for rent due to not signing a new lease. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE !!!!! Such horrible behavior. When my mom when to go confront her for embarrassing her ...
    in front of everyone she denied it all. This conversation was recorded !! So if the management that owns this property would please call us and reach out that would be great. So disgusted by the staff and the way they handle their residence relationships. Never will recommend this apartment. I would give it negative stars if I could.
