Custom fitted wood vinyl flooring blinds, upscale sink and lighting fixture fixtures in the kitchen and, and lighting fixtures are fitted throughout the unit. All studios have washer/dryer hookups. Both one-and-two-bedroom units have an interior washer/dryer stackable, dishwasher, and garbage disposal included in the rent. On unit availability, the 1*1 and 2*2 feature a cozy patio or balcony. . In the first courtyard of Carlsbad Coast Apartments, there is seating and chase lounges around the sparkling pool. In the second courtyard, tenants have access to the 24hr-fitness center and sundeck above the fitness center. Each courtyard has a community outdoor shower to rinse before and after swim, and picnic area to enjoy the BBQ grill. All off-street parking offered is gated and each unit comes with one assigned parking stall. Great property with outstanding property manager

Gated community with assigned parking. Residents are friendly and quiet. The property manager, Teresa, is a dream. She is extremely helpful and is on site, if you need anything. She genuinely cares about the residents and makes everyone feel so welcome.

Teresa was a major driver in my decision to move here, because she made everything so pleasant and easy, and it's just as great being a resident here as it was during the initial process of viewing the community. Definitely a lovely place to live and I recommend it--the location is fantastic, too--it's right by the ocean, but feels private and cozy bc it's tucked away off the main road.

Nice Complex Near the Beach

It’s a close-quarters and older complex so noises from your neighbors can be heard very easily, but everyone seems generally respectful of the peace and quiet. There is a nice mix of people who live here. It is relatively quiet here though there are children and pets. Teresa, the manager does an excellent job and treat everyone like family, is very kind, attentive while doing her job and enforcing policies in a very respectful way. The maintenance person is very nice, speaks to everyone and attends to the needs of the tenants with a smile and ...is very respectful.
