August 5, 2025Mostly great! My only issues have been the lack of open parking for guests as well as some issues with a lack of communication regarding some updates such as the water being turned off. Sometimes the messages are after it's been turned back on and sometimes some of us don't get them. Other than that, no major issues!Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025Hate to only give 2 stars but from the very beginning there have been nothing but problems and it seems to only be getting worse. We are a gated community and anybody and everybody can come in the gates. We pay for amenities that we don't sign up for I pay my own Electric and I'm charged for electric. I don't have gas anywhere in my unit but I'm paying for it just like paying for water 2'xs and sewer. I was given a promotion when I moved in and then I was told it wasn't supposed to be that so ...they tried charging me 2 times. July 18, 2025It is a very quiet neighborhood! I just wish the apartment was cleaned more before move in. There was smell of smoke and an insane amount of dust everywhere. Loving the valet trash service.Property Manager Responded
