June 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for almost 4yrs; I experienced some flooding a few times and I needed some follow up work. Sarah in the front office was awesome. She constantly followed up with me to ensure the work got done. Margarito was new to our complex but he jumped right in and got it done. Before Margarito came I had almost given up he promised he would fix it and he did. I am very happy here and those two the reason.

June 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMajor draw to living here was the three pools and I cannot get a solid answer on when the other pools will be open. One pool is open behind the gym. I was told in March we were “in between vendors”and the others should be open soon. Other residents i have spoken with are being given the same run around- some are told a grand opening is scheduled in a week (a month ago). I am able to enjoy the one pool occasionally but am always skimming it myself. While most kids are supervised there have ...been numerous occasions with kids unsupervised having no respect for others around them- screaming, splashing in the hot tub…. Annoying to have picked a place with 3 pools to not have 3 pools. Maintenance orders are taking months to be fulfilled. I’ve had to check multiple times what’s going on and I was told “well some of these havnt been assigned” The space is still great and location is key but I’m super disappointed that I’m constantly chasing management with no solid anwsersRead More
