Bad Management
August 24, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI was visiting my mom with some friends and my other siblings a few days ago since we hadn’t seen each other in years. Dennis the owner kicked us all out of her apartment because “we couldn’t all be family of hers” as he stated. Which we all were. They knew we were coming to visit for a while. We didn’t even get to stay two days before we had to leave. My sister lives in Texas and he made her leave. He called the cops on us. I guess he had broken up with his girlfriend that day and decided to ...take it out on his tenants. He raised my moms rent knowing she couldn’t afford it and turned her power off for yelling at Dennis as a response to him yelling at her. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. He doesn’t even fix things. My mom had water flood her apartment from up stairs and it still hasn’t gotten completely fixed. Dennis is a mean man.Read More

August 23, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI recently visited a family member of my girlfriends. She had her mom and brothers there with her. We were there for maybe a ya and a half before Dennis the owner kicked us all off the property. He said that we weren’t family memebers of any tenants and then he proceeded to threaten us with the cops. We weren’t doing anything wrong. We were simply standing in front of the apartment. His secretary knew we were all coming to visit and okayed it two-three weeks ago. Dennis definitely jumped the gun ...and should have checked his books before throwing us out. I’ve been told that he has done this quit often. He raised the rent on the tenant we were visiting and turned her electric off as an attempt to get her to leave. Please be mindful of this when you decided to rent here. Or if you already live here, go visit your family. Don’t have them come to you.Read More

If you have any visitors, Dennis the owner, will call the police and threaten you with higher rent.He wouldn’t fix things like when water came out of every light fixture or outlet. He refuses to fix the heating. He had a family member of mine working for him for cheaper rent and when her son came to visit he threatened to call the cops on him if he didn’t leave and raised the rent. He threatened with eviction. Half the washers and dryers don’t work. Worst ...establishment I’ve ever seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have children. Do Not Rent Here!Read More
