Requested New Screens and they were apparently poorly replaced. returned home from a business trip to screens blown out windows again. Leak in bathroom toilet again after repairs done a week after moving in. Returned home from a business trip with water all over bathroom floor to yet another leak.

The management is very quick and efficient to take care of any issues or concerns, and issues that may come up are taken care of in 1 or 2 days. Sometimes that same day. Apartments are always cleaned and the area is always well kept. If you are looking for your first apartment or a better place to stay and live with friendly staff, great rates, and clean then this is the place. August 9, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comFirst, the area is nice. West side of El Paso with plenty of places to eat and a Planet Fitness is down the block. :) The tenants are not rowdy, haven't seen any late night cop calls yet and I haven't had a problem with crazy parties. Some people selling door to door goodies but that's at every complex. The traffic can get crazy in the morning so I suggest using the traffic lights, no shortcuts. Second, I live on the second floor. I would say the walls are not too thin but if you are yelling on ...the other side I definitely know about it. My floorboards creak when I walk on them, I don't know how that sounds for the bottom floor folks, I would check that if you end up on the first floor with some heavy walkers above you. The management keeps the area clean and maintenance is excellent at attending to your problems quickly. Overall I quite like it here. I wouldn't say that the apartments are top notch. This ain't a resort, but it is a good place to live and I don't feel embarrassed bringing anybody over to my house. Plus I can ride the bus to school very easily. Four stars. Good livin'.Read More

Neighbors and traffic are very quiet. It's been peaceful. Times are rough and they have the best rent rates in the area. Case and Associates is the best property management company in the apartment world.

Although,there are great people who work here the property is older and needs some serious updating,the appliances are great, but the structure and the building's themselves.

The price was really good ($574 a month for a one bedroom) and it's in a great location in West El Paso just off of Mesa and Mesa Hills. The view of the Franklin Mountains is also awesome from the apartments. I really have no complainants about Double Tree. The staff was always very nice and helpful from when I started looking at the complex until I moved out. Maintenance was awesome and always fixed the problem the ...same day I put a request in or let me know that we were working on it. A huge plus, for me, was the complex has refrigerated air and the central heating system is pretty solid too. The appliances were good and they include a microwave, when a lot of complexes don't. I also never had a issue with parking. I would recommend Double Tree to anyone.Read More
