    Reoccurring issues Moved in 4/01/206 with no screens in bedroom windows. Requested New Screens and they were apparently poorly replaced. returned home from a business trip to screens blown out windows again. Leak in bathroom toilet again after repairs done a week after moving in. Returned home from a business trip with water all over bathroom floor to yet another leak.

    These apartments and the entire Acacia Apartments are amazing. The management is very quick and efficient to take care of any issues or concerns, and issues that may come up are taken care of in 1 or 2 days. Sometimes that same day.     When I entered to talk to someone about the property, they were painfully rude. They would not disclose information, and went back to talking on the phone. She told me to just go to google, and it will pop up, when I asked her about information on the facility and even to tour it. Some people have no shame.

    First, the area is nice. West side of El Paso with plenty of places to eat and a Planet Fitness is down the block. :) The tenants are not rowdy, haven't seen any late night cop calls yet and I haven't had a problem with crazy parties. Some people selling door to door goodies but that's at every complex. The traffic can get crazy in the morning so I suggest using the traffic lights, no shortcuts. Second, I live on the second floor. I would say the walls are not too thin but if you are yelling on ...

My floorboards creak when I walk on them, I don't know how that sounds for the bottom floor folks, I would check that if you end up on the first floor with some heavy walkers above you. The management keeps the area clean and maintenance is excellent at attending to your problems quickly. Overall I quite like it here. I wouldn't say that the apartments are top notch. This ain't a resort, but it is a good place to live and I don't feel embarrassed bringing anybody over to my house. Plus I can ride the bus to school very easily. Four stars. Good livin'.

    Office staff has been very helpful with my transfer and move in. The grounds are always clean. Maintenence is quick and efficient. Neighbors and traffic are very quiet. It's been peaceful. Times are rough and they have the best rent rates in the area. Case and Associates is the best property management company in the apartment world.

    I have lived here in the double tree for 3 years now. The front office people are friendly and do everything they can to fix any issues that arise. Although,there are great people who work here the property is older and needs some serious updating,the appliances are great, but the structure and the building's themselves.

The price was really good ($574 a month for a one bedroom) and it's in a great location in West El Paso just off of Mesa and Mesa Hills. The view of the Franklin Mountains is also awesome from the apartments. I really have no complainants about Double Tree.
