Located on the Rio Grande, sandwiched between the southern tip of New Mexico and Mexico, the city combines with Ciudad Juarez and Las Cruces, New Mexico to form the Paso del Norte region. El Paso has a family-friendly vibe, people are friendly, there are plenty of great things to do and see, and I've always felt safe in the different areas and neighborhoods I've been to.
