Fees for everything including fee to pay your rent online. No grass, it's all weeds, manager is rude and incompetent. This could be a great place to live if the right management was in place.

June 19, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comtwo major complaints. it is mid June and the pool is still not open. The maintenance men are not friendly at all. They drive the golf carts like they own the road and if you walk pass them they give you a dirty look and keep it pushing. Plus when you put a request in they mark it completed without even coming to look at the issue. and they don't communicate when something has been fixed almost a week later! but i can say the ladies in the office are friendly and always smile.
