February 8, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis is my second year living here and i’ve just had problem after problem. My heater has been out for going on a month now and every time they “fix” the issue my heat lasts for maybe a few hours then cold air starts blowing again. The manager never is available to talk and doesn’t respond to emails and is out of the office almost every time I go there. The leasing is unhelpful and told me it’s not her responsibility to reach out to maintenance to have them stop by when I have NO HEAT during the ...winter. My emails are ignored more than they are answered and they refuse to give me corporates information. I do not recommend living here.Read More

March 17, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comHad my motorcycle stollen at 5am -8am in the morning on November 2019 . They did not bat an eye after I told them they had a gate open on the end where no one can pass by, few minute later I go to the same gate to investigate, and there goes the maintenance lady saying it was left open!!! I find the property manager at fault for not contacting corporate and I had police case number, they still haven’t got back to be about the video of the motorcycle stollen, also they have kids breaking mirrors ...on cars, stay away from this areaRead More
DO NOT MOVE IN!
January 30, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comDo NOT recommend! PLEASE look elsewhere, you will regret moving here!!!! They will charge hidden fees, their staff promise one thing yet deliver something else. If anything guess wrong in your unit, they take forever to fix. Everyone I go to the office there's a disgruntled renter (including myself). People who have moved out have also been wrongly accused of stealing the appliances, please save yourselves the HUGE headache!

August 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe staff at Emerald Bay are awesome. The paint scheme is pleasing, the new pool furniture is beautiful, the staff go out of they way to know who you are. They all greet you by your name as you walk in the office. You feel accepted into the community right away. Our community is safe for people who live here. We have nightly security, who man the gate for a certain amount of time at night and perform foot patrol through out the night. This is to ensure all who live here are safe in their own ...home.
