AC not cooling Kudos to the maintenance and staff who handled it immediately however the issue has not been resolved. Aircon is still not cooling. The recent temperature here in my apartment is still 86 degrees despite putting it on 70 degrees. The maintenance said that it might be the thermostat coz it is low battery already, though he changed the battery.

Water logged window We’ve had an issue with water entering through the window for a few months now, to the credit of the apartment each time they sent somebody to fix it and although it took a few tries water finally stopped coming in. They were attentive and got it done and didn’t stope until it was completed and always asked me as to whether or not the fixes worked

Great stay! So far so good with my stay here. Management is excellent with answering the phones and answering questions. The community is very quiet. I barely even hear cars drive by. Definitely looking forward to a long term stay

Great So Far! So far I’ve had a great experience here! The staff have been super kind and accommodating since day one. The complex is always clean, and I love that it’s close to everything I need from groceries, coffee, the gym, all just a few minutes away. I love that my dog gets along with the other dogs here, and its like we have a little community here for the puppers! It’s been really quiet and comfortable, and overall I’ve felt safe and well taken care of. Honestly, no major complaints so ...

There is so much to say about First Choice management Co/Encore apartments. We moved in during July, and it has been a nightmare ever since. Someone taking our trash can and multiple maintenance request that was not fixed or did not care to put in the time or effort to resolve the issue. My latest issue is them towing my car without any notice, warning, or resolution of helping me getting it back. I have been up to date on rent, I respect my community/neighbors, and do not make a big fuss when ...
maintenance basically says they do not see anything wrong or do not fix the issues around our apartment. I called 911 panicking thinking someone stole my car, but nope its just the apartment complex towing it for no parking sticker. I have not once heard anything or been given a sticker until the day after my car was towed. I am now awaiting to hear from First choice management Co and I am going to talk to Bell County claims office about the issue. My work badge is in my car, so calling to tell my job about me not coming in because of an issue that was not presented to me until it was too late. Counting down the days to our lease is up.

These apartments are very well maintained and the office management is one of the best I have seen around here. It's quiet and has a nice doggie park! The location is convenient: stores and restaurants nearby and Baylor Scott & White is close. Easy access to the Loop.
