There is absolutely no one to contact if there are any issues. The office building including the laundry area were condemned over this summer and there has not been an actual person you can get in contact with. When calling the numbers that are listed to reach someone, A. The voicemail is full and not taking messages, or B. No one ever returns your call. Stay away pepper pike is a terrible company.

well. The decks look like they are going to collapse on most of the apartments and there have been many many instances reported of mold,bedbugs, and roaches.

They seem to be doing renovations for old units, which is why this is a two star instead of one. The apartments that aren't renovated are 20+ years old without upkeep.
Management isn't good at communicating. Said that they were on vacation after two weeks no answer, and after the date they said would be their return they still didn't reply.

Old, Rundown and Over Priced

First floor apartments smell moldy from wet damp basements. Water leaks in many apartments. Kitchen and bathroom very outdated. Pepper Pike new owners have done nothing since they took over but raise rents. Don’t believe the photoshop pictures on their website. Look closely if you tour the property and you will see this is all true. PS Pepper point has an “F” with BBB.

FYI, the dishwasher is a pull-out style, that must sit in the middle of your kitchen hooked up to the sink while it runs. Plan on hand washing your dishes. Also, the closets are not actually walk-in. They have an accordion style door that stretches across one wall of the bedroom. The clubhouse is only open when the office happens to be open, which means that if you work a regular 9-5 job, you will likely never be able to go in there.

It’s not a real nice place to live but good for those who need somewhere to stay until you can move somewhere better. My apartment is really outdated and there’s stained carpet and a crack all the way down my living room wall. My apartment recently became infested with mosquitoes too and maintenance takes forever to do anything. My kitchen sink is still leaking too and has caused the bottom of the cabinet to rot out. There is mold all over also. Watch out for dog poop too. People don’t pick up ...
after their dogs here. Also, the landlord will kick you out without all of a sudden and slap you with a 30 day notice without reason. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend moving here unless you don’t have the money to live anywhere else.

Horrible leasing agents! Horrible Maintenance! Horrible! Racist people! Horrible Neighbors! I currently live here and cannot wait until my lease is up! The entire apartment complexes are outdated and run down. Neighbors are racist. The foundation on the outside and inside of the complex is rapidly falling apart. The first day I picked my keys up Filthy carpets, large amounts of dog hair and urine stains and other stains after I was told the carpet was new. filthy blinds because they weren’t ...
replaced, horrible paint job, shower barely works, terrible plumping. The police are constantly called for no reason. I’ve called and complained every week since I’ve moved in months ago and nothing has been done about it but I’m expected to pay rent on time to live in a filthy apartment that should have been fixed before I moved in! Maintenance enters my apartment for no reason and my belongings have come up missing when I’m not home. I’ve requested no one enter my home and doesn’t leave a note (rude and sneaky).

I have only lived here for a few months now and have nothing but problems. It has been one issue after another: plumbing, ceiling caving in, and my son being bitten by an enormous cockroach (found crawling on my bed!) and having to be rushed to the hospital to have his leg drained. Save yourself the pain and find a new place to call home!

The forest is just off the main road in Crestwood, Mo. With Schnucks and Aldi as neightbors. Crestwood Police does excellent job patroling and maintain a safety.
We're close to highways and Walgreens. Forest View apartments is the best value for your dollar.
