Great overall experience

Maintenance is fast and understanding, the apartment makes quick action towards problematic neighbors, and the office is extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. The only negative of my time here is that the apartment I live in is quite dated even with the price hikes over the years. Overall a great experience with helpful and friendly management.

Maintenance is fast and prompt with repairs and replacements, been here 5 years and it’s quiet with rarely any issues, can’t hear neighbors. The heat in our apartment goes out all the time and the fireplace doesn’t work despite a couple calls about it already, but otherwise really prompt responses to issues. When neighbors have been extremely problematic, they are addressed by the apartment quickly. The staff in the office is really accommodating and very kind.

This is the best apartment complex in the area. The units are spacious. The pool and workout facility are top notch. Toonen hosts plenty of events so this actually feels like a community. Fountain park has been a wonderful home for my wife and me.

I have been living at Fountain Park for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be happier! Everyone is so friendly and it's very quiet. The maintenance staff is second to none. I've only had a few issues but when I do they get resolved very quickly. I look forward to spending many more happy years here.

Be cautious moving into Fountain Park in De Pere, WI.
Since moving into Fountain Park in De Pere, WI in Dec 2018, the heat has gone out 3 times! The 1st time was when temps dipped lower than -20. Yes NEGATIVE 20. The property provided a space heater which was very insufficient to
adequately heat the apartment. Heat is included in my lease. Because I was without heat I asked for a credit on my rent payment. The property denied the request. After the 3rd time of the heat not working the ...

We are sorry for the inconvenience and have agreed to reimburse you for all of the additional expenses that were incurred for heat in your apartment. A space heater was provided to you to use in addition to your gas fireplace which also heats your apartment unit. You have been asked to provide the bills to show the cost so we can promptly refund you for that, which must be $20 as you stated here. If the heater that you were given was not sufficient, and if you were unwilling to use your fireplace, it would have been best for you to let us know that at the time this was happening so additional heaters would have been provided. If you have any more problems, please let us know and we are happy to promptly address them for you.
