Walls are thin, parking is terrible, people stop their car in the middle of the road and block the flow of traffic. The idea that some residents can pay extra for reserved parking is ridiculous because that takes away from other residents that cannot afford a reserved spot. Might as well just assign parking for each apartment.

I love the place my daughter move here first and then about a year later i moved here . The people in office is so nice .the people that fix thing are very good . I love how this place is near everything you can get a job around here and walk to the job .i love the pool in the summer it is so nice and so clean i love it here keep up the good work.

Works for a first apartment. While here, the manager changed and the communication went down a lot. Also, the work orders/emails/phone calls take a while if you even get a response. Other then that, you can't beat the price. The neighbors are respectful and you have the choice of having a washer and dryer in unit.

Not pleased at all with this community. The noise from neighbors. The little parking spaces. Only 1 good maintenance man. Horrible turnover rate in office staff. Not worth the money they charge and the yearly increase in rent but yet no yearly upgrades

At first everything seemed fine however we immediately noticed how extremely thin the walls are. You can hear every and anything your upstairs and below neighbor is doing. Its more thin than the average apartment noise. Once you get a closer look of the apartment, its poorly done and not cleaned the best. However, they will charge you for everything once you leave, including things that are clean. The leasing team is unorganized and sometimes hard to get in touch with. The maintenance team ...

handled things in a timely manner. Its just low quality, way too noisy, and not worth the money. Not to mention they shut off the water randomly without 24hours notice.

They quick with getting services done. I like that it’s quiet and not too many problems. there are a lot of different amenities in the area one thing that my children like is the soccer field they go out and they play flag football with their friends like the dog park for toy poodle. The parking spots could be a little bit bigger, but other than that, everything is great
