Horrible Experience
May 19, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comLiving at 255 S Grand Ave has been a nightmare. Multiple fires, constant noise, street takeovers, and completely ineffective security make it feel unsafe. Management is unethical—after hiking my rent and pushing me into a smaller unit, they immediately dropped the price of my original one. It’s manipulative and dishonest. Avoid this place if you care about safety, integrity, or peace of mind.Property Manager Responded
