The stairs are a killer when moving bigger furniture in or out since they are narrow, depending on the building. May 20, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have been here 9 mos and have had to call for pest control in my unit a few times and each time there seems to be no change. Almost like it was never done! I had to spend more money to get my own roach killer. I am not at all happy that my unit was overrun by them before I moved in. I saw them the same night I moved in. In fact my neighbors tell me the previous tenants moved out because of the roach problem. February 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMe and my wife are in the process of moving out as our lease expires at the end of the month. In between trips of moving things, the complex allowed someone to mistakenly claim to be moving out of our apartment and in turn the complex threw away all of our belongings that were till in our apartment. Many things of sentimental and monetary value were thrown away without verification of who actually lived in the apartment. When brought to their attention, we were offered part of our security ...deposit in retribution. We are very devastated and will never see those things again.
