Avoid at all cost
February 25, 2026Unprofessional office staff thats more concerned about how they look on social media instead of being able to maintain happy tenants. There is a huge parking enforcement issue where they just let anyone park their trucks , including commercial box trucks on the property leaving tenants having to park buildings away. They lost my rent check once and instead of calling me or doing a little bit of research they instead sent an eviction notice all while knowing where my check was. Once we moved out ...they tried to find every known reason to charge us for things including a new dishwasher because of a "stain" they couldn't provide proof of. There's a major lack of miscommunication between staff which also explains why they keep changing management. I used to like living here at first but now I recommend people to look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible Place to Live
July 29, 2021The parking lot is always full. I consistently have to park buildings away from my apartment. The floors are thin so you can hear everything that your upstairs neighbor does all time especially throughout the night. It always smells like weed due to the neighbors always smoking . Vehicles are always speeding in and out of the complex. For being a "high end" complex it sure does feel like I live in a bad part of town. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone no matter how desperate ...you are for one. Also, some of the units are extremely outdated. the newer side seems to be a bit better with the parking and being updated on the interior. Best Staff and Great Place to Live
August 24, 2020I lived there for a year before moving out of town to Phoenix for work. The entire time the whole staff from the front end to the maintenance guys took care of us and were very attentive. The place is very well kept and clean. I’ve since moved back and into a house but anytime anyone is looking for apartments I recommend them to las Torres. I would rate this place a 10 if I could .Property Manager Responded

Leasing office is a joke
August 5, 2019Leasing agents dont know what they're doing. They go back and forth on their word. That's why it seems they have such a high turnover rate at that position. The manager is also clue less when it comes to "their policies". Dont recommend, the apartments arent worth the hassle of dealing with the office staff.Property Manager Responded

Please, for the love of god, don't do it!
November 19, 2017These apartments are probably the worst place I've ever lived in. That's counting several of run down places overseas and my time in the military. The lack of insulation in the walls/ceilings/floors allows you to hear everything your neighbors do. I mean everything; footsteps, animals, people speaking above a conversational level, etc. Also, there's roaches. So if you don't mind living in a churched-up dumpster, then live in Las Torres!Property Manager Responded

The Review
July 22, 2015Las Torres apartments definitely stands out from the rest! Conveniently located in the heart of first rate resturants and shopping centers. The apartments come with advanced utilities such as a washer and dryer state of the art dishwasher and microwave and very spacey. It also has a very accomodating common area with full internet access computers freshly made snacks put out everyday and a fitness area that gets the job done! Unlike other apartments it has a pool residents are proud to use and ...have a blast playing in it. This is truly paradise.Property Manager Responded
