We discovered that our Air Conditioning Unit was not working properly. However, I must commend Lexington Apts as soon as the work order was put in, Franklin responded to the issue in a very timely manner. He worked assiduously for approximately 2 days to get our unit up and running. He did an awesome job. He demonstrated patience and good work ethics throughout the entire process. Thanks to Mr. Franklin, our AC Unit is now working.

I love this apartment complex, the staff is amazing. Maintenance is very kind as well and gets things done quickly. The lake is a beautiful view to wake up to everyday. I have zero issues living here. I definitely recommend you come check Lexington palms at the forum you won’t regret it! I love my home!!

Personally when living in an apartment the maintenance staff is the number one need. When someone breaks or is not working correctly you need them to come to your home and hopefully fix it. We have had air conditioning problems over the course of 3 weeks, Franklin has showed up every time trying his hardest to fix it for us. There is not a single thing that we have asked for help with since we’ve moved in, that the staff has not tried to accommodate. The price is reasonable for this area and we will continue to stay because of the care the staff and maintenance put into it. Community events, upkeep, fast maintenance turnaround times.
