    Ugh. Where do I begin? The only positive is the convenient location for military service members like me. Like others have mentioned, car break-ins frequently occur in the premises and the complex has done nothing to resolve such security issues. Parking is also a pain to find. If you come home late at night good luck finding a spot, you'll end up parking about a ten minute walk just to get to your apartment. The walls/floors are thin so if you’re noise sensitive, then this is definitely not the ...

    I Got a tour from a nice lady named Allison who gave me her card she was very helpful with my questions and friendly and made me smile the whole time. I am looking at apts for my mother and I think liberty point would be a nice place for her because it is very quiete and Allison was very friendly

    Had to get our mail carrier to come looking for our package because tracking carrier said it was handed to the office but when we called, they told us there was NO package. We ordered again and the SAME thing happened. After 3 orders, a case had to opened!!! They had a nice excuse as to why they lied about not having it. Next time, maybe send an email instead of making the USPS come searching :)

    Things have not changed a bit since previous reviewer's experience. I have never written a review before, but after my experience here, I felt I had too. Maintenance is terrible, the apartments seriously need a change in staff, and management is rude, unprofessional, and careless. If you call the office and they actually answer,  with an issue, they are rude and dismissive. The manager seems to not care at all about you unless she is trying to get more money out of you. If they dont answer, don't ...
    bother leaving a message, they won't call you back.  If you put in a maintenance request, be prepared to call back three more times before they actually send him out. Then be prepared for him to do it wrong and have to call him out twice more. You won't get your notices that maintenance or anyone else will be entering your apartment, and then they will blame that on you. Walls are paper thin. Don't get a first floor apartment if you don't want to hear every step your neighbors above you take. My biggest complaint, though, would definitely be management. If you can afford better, do yourself a favor and DON'T LIVE HERE.

    The only thing I really liked about this place was the convenience of being so close to Tinker AFB. The apartments are nice only because they're new. I found myself paying almost $1,000 for a one bedroom if you add in the utilities. First, when I signed my lease in January 2015 I agreed to pay water through the company they used, which was Minol. I was only paying for the water I used. With hardly any warning they switched companies where everything was distributed equally throughout the ...
    community. So I ended up paying for water that other people were using. Second, the walls and floors are very thin. I could hear a conversation in the complex next to mine. Third, I hope you don't have a pet like I did, because if you do you'll not only pay the initial pet deposit, but also an additional $20 a month per pet. Lastly, it's not as safe as I thought it would be. It's a gated community, but it's very easy to access if you don't live there. Some of my gear was stolen from my vehicle one night and now I owe a few hundred dollars to my squadron. If you're in the military, don't let the convenience fool you. This place takes all of your BAH. Find a rental house and a few roommates. Better luck that way.

    I stayed near the pond where the north wind blows and ice was an inch thick on the stairs to my apartment. When I reported it to management they said they do not use salt or de icing products for ice because if they don't use enough they are LIABLE if someone falls. Yes folks safety first for their tenants. I found overall its just a big corporation making money. Oh and don't refer because they don't really pay a referral bonus. Yes they do place cards on your counter that states this lie but ...

    The apartment is close to where I work. It has amenities like pool and gym; and I can use the gym anytime I want. What I like in this apartment is it has a nice pond in the apartment's compound, where you can walk or jog around it. The water always makes me feel relax. Sometimes there are a couple of ducks swimming in the pond. Although I do not attend the Yoga every Sunday, It is nice for the staff to coordinate a Yoga instructor to come every Sunday to have yoga session. The facilities are ...
