“Renovated” but not worth the price
September 22, 2024I would not recommend living here. Your perks are location and view, if you have one. The renovations were clearly done on a budget because in my first month my bathroom sink fell off the wall, I had zero hot water pressure, laminate flooring was put over uneven flooring so there were cracks in spots. The kitchen surface height was renovated higher than average, so the oven was sat on a a painted wooden block to make things level. Electric went out in half of my apartment at one point and took ...almost three days to fix. Would have been nice if they actually implemented security cameras because I walked into homeless people sleeping in the laundry room a couple times. Everyone keeps to themselves. Stay for the views and location? The price you pay is SO not worth the trouble.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
