Very bad Customer services
July 14, 2023Very bad customer service. Me and my fiancé came looking for lease details and pricing. Instead of being greeted at the door someone spoke to us thru intercom. Then proceed to send someone else who looked like security to the door saying they were not doing tours. We were not their for a tour however, we asked our questions and was left standing outside. They didn’t even invite us inside the lobby. The security person then came back out with yet another card where the ink wasn’t even dry on the ...card. Great apartment for an entry level Finance/business professional
July 8, 2019I recently accepted a position with Stifel Nicolaus and moved here a month ago. The leasing agent was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I love my 1 bed 1 bath, and with what I'm paying for rent you cant beat the value. One thing I do not understand is that I was under the assumption it was a non-smoking apartment building, but you can definitely smell cigarette smoke and weed on many occasions. There are definitely a few sketchy characters living here as well, but that's to be ...expected in a downtown apartment. Overall, very nice place, great staff, and definitely great value. No Place I'd Rather Be
April 17, 2018I can't image living anywhere other than Mansion House! I always wanted to live downtown but was scared it was too expensive. Once I found Mansion House I came in for a tour and learned that they offer specials that make it affordable! They have WAY more decently priced apartments than the other places I looked downtown AND they have the best views of the Arch and Mississippi River in the city!!Review from Apartments.com

March 15, 2018I can't image living anywhere else downtown. Living here is more than an apartment, its a community. They throw multiple events every month (happy hours, pool parties, sporting events etc) so you get to know all of your neighbors. You also literally cannot get any closer to the Gateway Arch, by far the best view in St. Louis! The garage is pretty busy so I always feel safe in it and there is a 24hr doorman and locked entry so I always feel secure.Review from Apartments.com

Awesome Community/Ok Apartments
July 29, 2015MH is the type of residency that books are written about. It has downtown culture, access, and interesting folks at all times. Everyone is friendly at the pool and in the elevators and some of my best-friends have come from my neighbors. The corporate housing people usually keep to themselves though that demographic also adds to the interest of the building. Rooftop pool is gorgeous though the water is pretty cool. Personally I prefer a cool pool on a hot muggy afternoon but that's not everyone's ...cup of joe. There's Facebook groups for a continuous 'yard' sale where residents sell their stuff and another where they plan outings together- from drinking to concerts to brunch, etc. Proximity to the stadiums can't be beat! Alright- now, the apartments were built in the 60's and it shows. Some have updates and some do not (appliances, faux wood flooring, etc). Arch view can't be beat thought the corners or apartments with balconies on either side are supreme! There are definitely cockroaches though it seems some apartments get it worse than others. Lower levels seem to have a bigger issue with this. Free laundry is great! Usually plenty of machines, just make sure you watch your stuff or people will move your laundry to in order to accomplish theirs. Again, everyone's pretty nice so it's not really an issue. The apartments use a centralized air system that saves a lot of dough but can result in the need for a space heater in the winter or fans/AC in the summer. Water runs hot out of the tap and pressure is good. Walls are thick and cementy so I can barely hear my neighbors, but the glass windows are thin and lead to loss of temperature to the outside and noise pollution of downtown life into my apartment. Amazing views
May 8, 2013I have always wanted to live Downtown and I love it! I've been here for about a year and it's totally convenient to just walk to work and they just let us know that we now have a CarShare Prius outside to use for longer drives, with free membership! For me that's a plus, because I don't own a car. They're always having events for us and letting us know about things to do Downtown. February 6, 2013Worse management ever, ran by the rudest most inconsiderate lady I have ever dealt with! The manager will lie to your face and tell you anything to get you to move it and then not care or listen to you if you ever have an issue. Good community & location
March 28, 2013Unbelievably quiet and safe. The building is older but well maintained. I love the green space and the parks nearby and the views are unlike any other in the area. Office, lobby and other staff have always been nice and very helpful and the several parties a year are a nice added bonus. The thing that I like best is the secure entry points for the building. This apartment is good so far
October 29, 2014Just moved in. So far it's ok. I will give my honest opinion so far. I have had the worst experience with the parking garage...which is not run by Mansion House. Make sure you have checks because they don't take debit...which is weird I havent wrote a check in years. The fitness room doesn't have much equipment. The staff is pretty nice. The laundry room is ok I love that it's free considering you're already paying an arm and leg to live there (downtown).
