I've lived at Orchard Corners for about a year now and they always have excellent customer service with maintenance and office staff. The KU bus stop is super close, and its a short ride too. The maintenance guy is wonderful, any time i need something fixed, it's done within the day. They have fun monthly events and remember my name too. Its really affordable and the roommate matching is pretty good.
