Amazing apartment community with a fantastic team that works at the leasing office! Allison and Karen have always helped me out with answering any questions I had and more importantly with any maintenance requests/work orders that I've had. The apartments themselves are also really nice and genuinely feel luxurious. All of my neighbors have also been surprisingly kind and made me feel welcome in the community. Office staff (Karen and Allison) is outstanding. Amenities are excellent. Maintenance team does an excellent job with all of their tasks. Location is excellent. Roof replacement has been a hassle. My vehicle was hit by debris thrown off of the roof. Still waiting for a call from the roofer’s insurance adjuster.

There were problems with renovations, so much noise, so much mess left behind. They did "just enough" to satisfy themselves and their boss but they still left a lot for me to do. I haven't faced having my garage door blocked but it's inevitable.

The mountain view is spectacular. The floor plan is great, there are lots of cabinet spaces, and the entire community is very quiet and clean. I'm glad that I made a good choice.

Better than other apartments. Some of the stuff is a bit old but I’ve been happy. Mostly just my stove and washer are kinda sus, half the burners don’t light. The other complaint is just that whoever designed the apartment didn’t consider using space very well, and there is a huge sliding door and another door in the bedroom to the patio, should just be one normal door, and windows/weird wall angles and a fireplace essentially seriously limiting where furniture and shelves can go. Almost nothing ...
fits but I guess it keeps me from acquiring a bunch of furniture. The maintenance and office team is awesome. 10pm for pool is too early for adults. Should be midnight or 1. Security kicked me and my gf out and all we were doing was sitting in a hot tub quietly. Not sure if that’s a liability thing but in the lease adults should be allowed to be liable for themselves after hours.
