    If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is the worst of the worst. Please stay away -- and if you currently live here, I genuinely feel bad for you. They will tow your car with no warning and then blame you for it. Namaste Apartments is infested with roaches. A gated entrance was promised five years ago and is still unfinished. When you live next to Chinatown and a large homeless population, a secure gate is an absolute necessity. The grills have been broken since summer, so ...
    you can't even BBQ. Management and staff change every couple of months, so there's zero consistency or relationship with long-term residents. The tacky paint job is just a cover-up for their bare-minimum effort to make this place livable. Nothing is actually fixed -- it's all cosmetic. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.

    I've lived in a lot of apartments, and this one easily ranks at the bottom. Management is disorganized, unresponsive, and constantly changing. Just when you figure out who's in charge, they're gone -- which makes getting anything resolved nearly impossible. Be especially careful where you park. Cars are towed aggressively with no real notice, and management takes zero responsibility when it happens. Expect to be blamed even when you've followed the rules. The property itself is poorly maintained. ...
    Bugs are a regular issue, common areas are neglected, and promised upgrades never materialize. A security gate has been "in progress" for years, yet nothing changes. Given the surrounding area, basic security should not be optional. Amenities are advertised but not maintained. Shared spaces sit broken for months, and residents are left paying for features they can't use. Instead of real repairs, management opts for quick cosmetic fixes that don't address underlying problems. This place feels like it's being run on autopilot with no concern for the people who actually live here. If you're considering moving here, think twice -- there are far better options for the price.

    I just moved in here and I must say as soon as I moved in the people were very nice. It's a cute 2 bedroom High ceilings and cute setup. I love it :) happy and quiet place. Located close to everything, staff is friendly and efficient. It was just what I was looking for affordable stylish living in a pleasant atmosphere.

    Cockroach infested and stray cats galore. Maintence staff is great and very nice. But unfortunately that isn't enough to make me like this place. Every uncomfortable living situation considering the conditions listed. Won't be renewing when my lease is up. If you have the option and money to look for a more sanitary place. I'd definitely do so. I will say the leasing manager did her best efforts in trying to fix our bug issue but unfortunately we are still having the problem. Spraying for roaches ...
    doesn't help. Especially considering that the exterminator only comes on Wednesdays and comes and goes as he likes. You will literally wait all day on some days for them to show if at all. It just isn't worth the money or the headache. It just makes me cringe at times. And LOTS of police activity. They're either in the complex or across the street at the 7-11. I see them at least 5 times a week. Wash room machines are constantly not working. This place is just a dump and that's putting it nicely.
