June 19, 2025I absolutely love living here. The staff is always so helpful and friendly, and the community of neighbors is so welcoming. The property is within walking distance to so many cool bars and restaurants and yet it’s still quiet enough to relax at home.Property Manager Responded

May 31, 2025The community is great, it’s also in a very convenient location, the property is maintained and the apartments are super cute! I also appreciate that they have a garage for cars so we don’t have to park on the street. Another safety measure is if you don’t know the code or don’t have access to the OPEN app you’re not getting very far onto the property.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025So far, so good! 1st week, I get locked out the building & then someone parked in my reserved parking spot all weekend. With that said, I really enjoy living here & I'll be exploring more of the community very soon!Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025JD is by far the most caring Manager I've ever experienced at an apartment complex. He is not paid enough! I also love our Maintenance Team! Very responsive and kind. The grounds are looking great and pest control and cleanliness is improving greatly! The dog park continues to be an issue with owners not picking up after themselves, but that's reflective of the residents, not the team. I love living at River House and hope to stay here for another couple years!Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2025I love river house apartments! The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, some tile in our bathroom needs replacing but they can’t do anything about it because they can’t buy the same tile anywhere, which is sad since I just moved in and I would wish to have good floors, not broken.
