I also appreciate that they have a garage for cars so we don’t have to park on the street. Another safety measure is if you don’t know the code or don’t have access to the OPEN app you’re not getting very far onto the property.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comJD is by far the most caring Manager I've ever experienced at an apartment complex. He is not paid enough! I also love our Maintenance Team! Very responsive and kind. The grounds are looking great and pest control and cleanliness is improving greatly! The dog park continues to be an issue with owners not picking up after themselves, but that's reflective of the residents, not the team. Unfortunately, some tile in our bathroom needs replacing but they can’t do anything about it because they can’t buy the same tile anywhere, which is sad since I just moved in and I would wish to have good floors, not broken.
