Any maintenance request I had were answered in a timely manner. The leasing office did a very good job at informing the community when construction was happening so we could plan ahead. You'd think being a resident for years would help your case but not really no. Rent still gets hiked up, maintenance issues don't get fully resolved, and they like to cut corners. July 20, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comNice and quiet well insulated buildings. Stairs are the only thing that rumbles a bit to much. Beautiful interiors, exteriors are nice except the fake grass. Not a fan of fake grass at all due to it being wasteful. Rock or real grass would be better. The staff are respectful polite and kind.
