    Great service, location, annd easy move-in. In side of apartments are good. Just need newer windows very out dated and more outer detail like paint would make the complex pop. All and all good to go!

    Staff is understanding of any problems you may have and offer some decent flexibility with paying rent. Unfortunately some select residents ignore the rules after the office closes such as having larger parties, leaving dog droppings without cleaning, and being much more loud than usual

    Right now it's fine, but there could be a designated area for having a barbecue; also, there are many residents who aren't cleaning up after their dogs.
