If you're thinking about moving here, DON'T. Move literally anywhere else. The staff is rude and unhelpful, the community is NOT SAFE, and the apartments themselves are not as nice as they should be considering the price. Save yourself the stress and pick literally anywhere else.

Soiled by crime and lack of cleanliness

Property crimes in this building are a routine occurrence. At least one resident appears to deal drugs out of the building. There are almost no security cameras and when a crime happens, nobody knows anything. Garbage is left in the halls for days.

Fetch creates a convenient delivery experience and allows residents to use the app to track and schedule deliveries. Additionally, we are in the process of potentially adding new cameras that will be monitored 24 hours a day by a monitoring company. The Sylva on Main Maintenance team also walks the halls and common areas daily, in addition to cleaners coming weekly to clean all the common areas. Bad touring experience

The experience was terrible. We had appointment for tour on Saturday (12.4.2021) and then we were noticed the tour was cancelled because there’s no unit to show while we already on our way and almost arrived. Then they send another email saying the person who supposed to tour us was out sick today. After we arrived and saw there’s actually people sitting in the leasing office. We ring the door for 15 min, she was trying to ignore us at the beginning, but with the persistence we had she opened the ...
door for us very unwillingly, and talking to us with the same lies that there’s no unit available blabla. She was not showing welcomes or trying to accommodate us with anything, and obviously she was acting perfunctorily and trying to let us go. I never had this kind of experience before and based on the other comment for this apartment, the property is under very bad management indeed and I doubt the suitability to live here.
