June 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments themselves are decent and the neighborhood is fine, but the management side of things holds it back. Getting a hold of staff or getting maintenance issues resolved takes too much follow-up. It is a fair place to stay, but be prepared for some frustrations with communication.

I don't believe they clean it. This place can really be a lovely apartments if it were better maintained. And with the amount of money the residents are paying to stay here it's kinda sad. In a better area I paid less and it was clean outside the pool was cleaned daily shut down for deep cleanings even. May 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe community is not the cleanest. The dumpster was downsized a few months ago and they’re always overflowing now. There’s also dog poop on the sidewalk ALL THE TIME; I believe poop bags need to be installed in front of every staircase (front and back) and cameras need to be installed so these pet owners can fined and be help accountable. Asked the leasing office why the property do not do annual inspections on units, been here four years and have never received one, they stated they don’t have ...enough employees and the community is too big.
