January 26, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI was in a pinch and needed to get in ASAP. Gina made sure I got in fast and anything I needed fixed they fixed it. Business center is great for people who don't have a computer or printer. Pool looks super nice (its been cold so I haven't been able to experience it). If you are looking for someplace that's convenient to everything, quiet, and affordable with great customer service you should come here. March 23, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI have been a resident here for over 5 years. I have seen a big difference in the grounds and in Maintenance. The office staff is always friendly and they always make me feel important. I feel a since of community more now then I ever have. I get phone calls asking if my service request have been taken care of and if I need anything done. When I have a package at the office I always receive a call letting me know I have one, if I haven't picked it up in a timely manner. You know its the little ...things. November 4, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI would not recommend this apartment to anyone! I “never” complain; however, my most recent encounter was not very good. I was approved for an apartment and was told I would receive a Welcome Package and get things finalize and someone will call me that evening...that was Thursday and its several days later and I still haven’t heard from the leasing office. I have called and left VM. It took someone from another apartment complex to reach out and ask. The “Mangar” reply with, I was holding her ...apartment! HOW!!! I’ve made several attempts to contact you all via phone and in person. These shows me how you conduct business and if you drop the ball in the beginning, I’m sure you will drop the ball again! BUT they were focused on that $125 admin and app fee...they were more then available for that money order. It’s ok, but they are deemed as unprofessional in my book!Read More

June 27, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI wrote the previous review while still living there, due to the apartment manager asking me to do so to get their ratings up. Most of what I said was true but the management is lacking in kindness, I experienced this upon moving out, how they talk to you and treat you, I was shocked at the attitude of the Manager. The community is like I stated and so are the neighbors, however the current management customers services skills need to be improved. Response to maintenenace request have also ...decreased, it takes longer or not done at all. I think if they work on their people friendly skills, Stewarts Mill could be a descent place to live. Since they have been there I have heard so many tenants with the same complaint about the rudeness of the office staff. Kindness goes a long way. If you want to improve this apartments rating start treating people with kindness even if they come in the office ticked off about a maintenance request. The maintenance is the worst
May 12, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment is quite but it is the worst apartment to live in. When there is something wrong in the apartment, the office will tell you they wrote a work order but they never show up. I had to wait a month for my sink to get fixed. The apartment is very old and there is something wrong most of the time. The AC doesn't function and no body will fix it. The staff are very rude too.Property Manager Responded

Time well worth it...
March 8, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in Stewarts Mill for almost 7 years. I started out with a newer renovated 2/2 for $699, it was beautiful, everything worked, and seemed like new. countertops were updated as well. To save money I then downsized about 2 1/2 years later to a 1 bedroom which was a good size since I was able to fit all of my furniture from the 2/2 into the 1 bedroom. Overall the apartments are safe and quiet. The neighbors are friendly are so are the leasing staff(Rebecca and Tabitha/no longer there). ...The new staff are very nice as well. Generally they respond to repairs in a timely fashion. The most I have had to wait for a minor repair was about one week. It is a good place to live. It is a more affordable apartment for the area(since all rents have increased) and they are very nice inside with the upgrades as well as the older units. The property has been kept up very good.
