The townhouses are really spacious and have updated appliances! Especially for the price when you look at other similar places. The location is close to everything. The only downside is that you are on Peak Street which is loud and busy all the time. I recommend a unit on the inside of the property. The amenities are really nice and the extra security is a major bonus! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance is really quick to fix whatever you!

So far so good, love the area and the apartment. The leasing team was very nice and I love that the hallways to get to the apartments are ACed. People are very nice and there is little to no homelessness near by. Also there is a Kroger, target, Ross, and Walmart within a mile so that is a plus.

Crystal and Alondra have been great to deal with. The units are extremely big and the garages and big enough for 2 over sized vehicles. Not crazy about having an apartment above the townhouse, but so far it’s been relatively quiet.
