Welcome Home to The Verve! We currently have a move-in special for all our units! Apply and the total move-in cost is just $299 for the first full month's rent for our 1- or 2-bedroom apartments. Our Application/Administration fee is currently $99.00. We provide 24-hour maintenance service for any emergencies and laundry facilities. Beutifully renovated inside and out and the court yard is uneal .... see through fireplace, BBQ's, ouside lounge area, park beches and some really fun community stuff going on ... and Melissa the Manager .... simply the best !! They have new management, Melissa is so nice, wish we had her working there when I lived there. You guys have to go check it out they apartments are pretty well new everything seems so new!
