They have great amenities and staff, and their floor plans are spacious and offer a lot for the price, which while expensive in my experience in Boulder offers a lot more in return than other complexes. A good spot for both students and professionals, its quiet, private, and sits right next to bike trails, a shopping center and bus stops, although depending on where you’re headed you may need to make a transfer. Minuses: - in winter, when the heater is turned on at 72 degrees, not the whole apartment warms up, one bedroom and the bathroom absolutely do not warm up in them, the temperature is 63-65 degrees. you have to additionally include a portable heater, and this is an extra cost. Several times we asked to insulate, they came, did something, but still the gaps remained. - poor sound insulation. - Cheap renovation. - Swimming pool doesn’t work very often (we pay for that every month). - steal parcels. - trash bags can lie under the windows for days until you throw them out yourself. The apartments are tastefully remodeled with new appliances, super nice hardware and neutral colors so you get a blank canvas for however you want your home to feel. It's the perfect mix of cozy and chic. They're spacious living areas with plenty of storage, and love that my pets are welcome here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful too, and made me feel at home right away.Property Manager Responded
